A Ghost of a Chance

I love reading fiction books, murder mysteries etc. and over the past few days I have been reading a book called A Ghost of a Chance. A Ghost of a Chance is a fiction book written by V. Shantelle James. As soon as I began to read the book I was drawn in. The story begins in a court room in Chicago with architectural engineer Tonya Mills. She is in court to protect the public from the construction conglomerate she is working for, after she discovers that one of the buildings she designed was built using sub-standard material, thus comprising it.

Although she had the proof that this was the case, she loses the court battle and loses her friends and reputation as well as her career. To get away from it all and get her life back, Tonya moves to Wyoming where she starts a new project reconstructing a fire-damaged resort in the mountains. To make life even worse for Tonya the resort she’s bought was set on fire by the owner of the corporation that ruined her career, and the head of this firm is part of a deadly drug cartel! She learns all this from a Detective named Mike Green who was one of the survivors of the fire.

I will not say much more since I don’t want to give it away, but this story has corruption, mystery, intrigue and more! I was totally taken back by the way this book was written it is totally a thrilling mystery. The author has a way of having you feel like you are part of the novel and are physically there. At one point I thought I was smelling smoke. I like books that make you feel like you are that involved!

I love netbooks I think they are great when you want to surf the net or do light work and you don't want to mess with a big laptop. They are also good when you are traveling as they are light weight and easy to carry. The cost of the netbooks have really gone down the last year and they are really affordable. They are great for kids as well, I was looking at the
hp mini laptops to see what they have to offer. I personally have a asus netbook and I can't complain about it, I use it all the time for various things, but when I need to do design work then I switch to my bigger laptop. Next time you are looking into a laptop look into a mini laptop or as some like to call them a netbook.

There are many places out there that sell lingerie for men and let me tell you, some are very sexy!! It would make a nice gift not only for him, but for you as well. Maybe you can add some chocolates, candles or other romantic items to it. Put it all in a nice gift basket, with a sexy bow and there you have great gift. When you look at the various types of lingerie out there for men, make sure you pick something that you know he would like and not just something you want him to wear. It's a good idea to think about the person its going to, because you don't want to waste your money, if your man is not going to wear what you bought.

If you are looking for a rental home, one of the best places to look for rental homes is online. There are many websites that are dedicated to rental homes, and there are some sites that have a section for rental homes. Many people check craigslist, but there are other sites that are for rent by owner and you can see virtual tours of the homes. Be sure that when you look at these homes and set up appointments to view them, that you don't go alone. I have heard about people scamming others claiming to be the owner and they are not. Some of these people have been robbed for the rent money or some send money for the place without even stepping foot in the place. So you want to makse sure you do your homework and if something does not seem right, walk away or don't even go and see the place. It's better to be safe then sorry!

There are some people who just love their sunglasses and don't leave home with out them, I know I am one of those people. As much as I love sunglasses I have a hard time finding sunglasses that I like and look good on my face. How many of you have that problem? I have tried so many different ones its not even funny. I was looking for a back up pair and I came across Carrera Sunglasses. I tend to look for sunglasses with a different shape less rounded, but for those of you who like these type of glasses check them out, if you have not done so already you may find one you like. I have been a Buzzagent for a number of years now, and I have received some good and not so good products over the years to try. Well the latest product my son's got to review it and it was a hit. They received a Tonka XT Ricochet Tricksters R/C. For those of you who are not familiar with this toy car you can preform 3 different pre-programmed stunts. This can be done via remote control. Also depending upon which trickster you have determines the kind of stunts you can do. The car flips over and on the other side you will find another car, my son thought that was really cool. And he played with it for a very long time, then my youngest who is 3 took a turn playing with it. The only thing they did not like was the fact that they had to wait for it to recharge. The toy retails for $24.99 and requires five AA batteries for the controller (not included). It also requires 20-30 minute charge for each 15-30 minutes of use. You can buy them at Walmart, Target, Toys "R" Us and Kmart. My son told me he knows what he his putting on Christmas list, so I see more these in our future.
